ditch the Soda

I never drink soda or artificially flavored drinks. Ok, I shouldn't say never. Because if I go to Wing Stop I usually get a diet Dr. pepper... but that's it, I swear 
This is a great option if you are looking for a way to entice yourself to drink more water. You should be drinking the recommended 8 glasses a day but I know that some people find it hard to get them . Adding fruit to your water is a natural way to add flavor and health benefits!
